Sarah is the founder and Managing Director of Volumise Consultancy, a business development company that helps small businesses grow sustainably. With over a decade in sales and business development, she’s built a reputation for creating measurable impact across Western Australia. Her career began in the haircare industry, where she trained hairdressers to deliver confident customer service without relying on scripts, igniting her passion for authentic sales.

In 2021, she founded Volumise to combine strategy, practicality, and people-focused solutions, working directly with small business owners to build strong and sustainable brands, enhance marketing, operations, and cash flow.

In 2023, she was the brains behind Lethal Adventures, a tourism business in the Dampier archipelago. She’s been supporting small businesses in Karratha ever since. Sarah’s approach is honest, clear, and results-driven.
